But now Facebook gives us the opportunity to communicate with any of our Old friend. You can use Facebook groups to connect all your close friend unitedly. It has good privacy setting which gives you the option to customize according to your wish. All the post of the group will be private. It also has new features like group chatting, notification to all members whenever anyone posts anything. Facebook Fan pages, groups, events etc are getting popular day by day. You can use these Fan pages & groups for promotional activities.  We can share our feelings an what's happening around in our daily life through Facebook too. We can also get feedback from our friends. It is the best medium to share your feelings and thoughts with others.  Facebook provides us the chance to choose what you desire to share, and what you don’t need to impart, and what you desire to impart with chosen associates. For example: My best friend sister “friended” me in Facebook. She permitted me to catch a glimpse or see her status and pictures, except she does not allow me to watch what her associates or friends have to say, “Hmmm that makes me speculate”. However, the purpose here is with the aim that she has power over what I observe or see on her profile or space. Similarly, I can manage or control how much ideas or information I share about on my profile and I can restrict assured portions of information to particular associates or friends.

Students can also use Facebook for group study by creating a group only for studying. There you can share any information about your projects, home work , assignments , exams , due date etc. Though the majority of us working with adults are awkward sharing ideas or information in open surroundings, the social feature of Facebook creates fun and its rapidity of learning knowledge. Moreover, it is also important for teachers inviting their students to join me on facebook and use it academically was a difficult and controversial decision. The fact is that one does not have to be “friends” with one’s students to be in a group, led them to embark on a journey to educate the 21^st century gentleman. There are two major things They have accomplished: one is that they engaged their students in their space (social media, facebook) and they taught them how to use it academically (for their own personal gain) and secondly, they have allowed students to drive the content of the course through collaborating and pursuing information, all the while driving one another to learn and better articulate their opinions in open academic discussion. The real beauty of this forum however, is that this model for homework promotes collaboration. Instead of grading homework assignments that are all the same, they have the students build answers to questions by adding off each other and questioning each other. Also if a student does not complete the homework, the whole class could find out and ask him why he was on facebook, but did not get the homework done. All in all, this social influence has helped student’s work ethic and academic skills in reading, thinking, writing, researching, and technology. And, they are growing together and will certainly see this growth over the course of the year. Despite being hated by other teachers for giving students a right to facebook during study hall, they hope that some teachers can also see the benefit of engaging the students in this forum. They have enjoyed watching the students evolve their opinion of facebook from a place to plan, laugh and flirt to a place to teach and learn. Of course, the person who benefits most from all of this is me, because they can teach more historical content while they are rapidly improving their intellectual skills.

  The third advantage is that Facebook has thousands of application, quiz, games etc which is increasing it's popularity day by. If you are free , stress from your work or bored with your studying , you can log in your facebook account to find games to play to relief your stress. There are many types of games to play; you can choose yourself to play with many people over the world. There are millions of people who use Facebook only for playing games with their friends. Moreover, Facebook plays a very important role in getting latest valuable information. You can gather information from your friends post, Fan page updates, groups etc to get a lot of information or hot news from many places and countries. On the other hand is that Facebook is also popular for making love relation and dating. When persons fall in love with someone, they sent messages to each other to show about their feeling. If they are agree with each other, they will arrange to meet one day. It is true; sometime they are marriage via facebook knowing.

Then, Facebook look like one-stop shop or supermarket for imparting blogging,  media,  calendaring,  communicating, sharing ideas or information and others. Facebook can provide “Cooperative Extension” abilities or capabilities to work together and construct our networks in a single place by giving one place without difficulty, imparting ideas or information and discuss subject or topics of interest.  In addition, Facebook is similar to mobile phone. Containing Facebook on your mobile maintains you up to date with posts, statuses, and deliberations. These aspects, similar to others are optional. The last one is that we use it to run the business.

With Facebook becoming the most powerful social network as well as most popular social media platform over the internet, it has opened the door for business owners to make a solid base business by strengthening the relationship between them and their customers. Now it has become easier to create fake profile.  People    often use fake profile to insults or harassing someone. It is more common against girls where people simply make a fake profile and start harassing them. In my country i have got news that some girls died by suicide when someone abused her by making a fake profile of her. There are plenty of groups and Fan pages out there which is being created to abuse or violate other religion, personalities, nation etc. This kind of racist disgusting activities are decreasing some popularity. Facebook administrator should take necessary steps against all these abusing groups & pages.

Facebook often brings bad effects on students results. Students who are Facebook addicted does a bad result on his or her exams because they spend much time only on facebook to play games comment on photos , upload videos and chat with their friends. Facebook chat doesn't work properly also make the Users often face trouble while chatting in Facebook. Beside students, people who work in offices waste their time in browsing Facebook that cause why some staffs can’t finish their responsible work. That's why many offices have decided to block Facebook completely.

False report! Many people lost their precious Facebook ID because of false report. Facebook administrator should be careful on that. From different news it is found that sometimes Facebook can be life threatening. Many unknown people can track your activities and where you are going. As a result you can face trouble.
